My car will bog until 3000 - 3500rpm than it will pick up power from there on and pull great. When I first got the car it bogged some but didnt bother me to much. But now it seemed to get worse or I am just noticing it more now. It has new plugs, wires. I also tried my friends msd coil pack and that didnt do anything. Its not throwing any codes. My car is a 2000 neon with 66k 5spd. Im thinking maybe the cat is getting clogged? I read about the pcv system and when I put my cai on i cleanedthe intake manifoldout and it wasnt too oily.
