I'm experiencing the exact same issue. I was told it could be the tps replaced that and it didn't fix it. Please let me know if you find out what's wrong
Check you spark plugs. Check the ignition switch. Check your fuel injectors. Check your fuses. Like someone already said. Start basic. The scan tool is only useful if you know what you're looking for.
I had that similar issue but my ignition key switch was on the fritz, it was 200k miles alone on that part, only way I figured it out was when the key tumbler crapped out... that was just a weird instance all together
