changed out to a 180 , keep the motor at a good temp and still have hot air in the winter ,also helps to stop ping and runs better

Right now in the winter I have a 195* as the last 3 years I have had a 180* in the winter, the heat has not been satisfactory. In the spring I'll probably switch it out to a 180* again.

Right now I am using a 180, but as soon as I replace my radiator I am putting a 190 back in, as with the 180 my truck runs way to cold for my liking. The only time it got around 200 was when I was in the desert during summer time. But since I live by the coast i hardly ever see temps above 175-180 but most of the time it is around 170.
