What Did You Do To Your 2ND GEN RAM Today?
Drove it to work again. I noticed it making a nose that sounds identical to a turbo blow off valve. It does it around 4k when you let of quick. But not everytime. Every time I try to reproduce it under the hood it won't do it.
I think I will try to get a sound clip of it tomorrow and post it.

Tried to get in Ram this morning to go to airport. Driver side door handle would not open. Aftermarket door handles are crap. Second time this happened. Going back for warranty again.....
Had to drive Yota to airport.
posted some of this in my thread, but this is what i did today :
1.) Found a complete vacumn hose assembly, to fix my wild vents. I installed it, and it did just that. even with the existing check valve. So now my vents work great, and it is stock dodge. I'm VERY happy about this.
2.) Passenger side marker light... front... mine was all cracked.. so i got one off of a 96 for 3.56 and change.. Put it in, good as new.
3.) Driver door Lock Actuator. Found a nice driver door on a blue 98.. took the lock actuator out and hoped it worked.. 4.00 later i have working power locks for BOTH doors.
4.) New Headliner. Found a dark grey headliner. It matches my dash color perfectly. I like it cause it's not the light taupe. I put it in and love it.
5.) new overhead console, from same truck that had the headliner. I went to my local parts store and decided to buy dash color paint. once i did that, i sprayed the headliner hardware, i.e. the brackets for the visors, the overhead console, and the oh **** handle on the roof. All match, all installed. Me so happy man. its nice and dark now. looks better. Just wish the visors had been good enough to get as well. :/ all that was 25.00 total...
6.) Sliding rear window latch. 1.40 and im in business.
overall a productive afternoon. I am quite happy with the situation and glad it all worked out. I've got it all installed on the truck and its ready to go.

Gained some more progress on my 360 in shop class. 1) removed the exhaust manifolds and plenum (broke one bolt but it was no big deal and yes the plenum is blown lol). 2) Removed the fan off the water pump 3) motor mounts are taken off 4) start taking more of the motor apart and hopefully in the next week or two I can start ordering parts!
took pics of what i put into the truck yesterday lol.. then posted them in my thread..
