Drove it to work, and watched it get snowed on all day.

Drove it to work. 10 mph. Got another 5 inches of snow. That makes 40 or so since the start of October. In the mountains of Colorado. Also ordered a new fuel pump because the current one is pretty old and I don't want to get stranded this winter.

I'm putting bungs in for a DS O2 after the Cat, and a wideband O2 on the left bank at the top of the Y-pipe (didn't want to weld on the header and screw up the Armorcoat).

If the sensor blew out, there's no saying the plug wouldn't blow out... I'll just go easy on tightening it, knowing there's an issue.

PS; The wideband O2 sensor calls for a locating greater than 12", upto 36" after the exhaust port... I'm probably going to be at the limit by the time it gets to the start of the Y-pipe.

Hope you didn't get an airtex brand pump or you'll surely get stranded!

I just finished up replacing my intake manifold with another oem one i got off ebay. This marks plenum job #3 for my truck. Hoping this new intake was the fix. Everything went fairly smooth except some leaky injector orings.

Got one more thing to fix then the trucks up for sale.
Gonna be purchasing another ram of course! Hopefully a first gen non-gasser.

APPS sensor came in a couple hours ago, and I just spent the last 20 minutes installing it

fairly simple and straight forward install.

cleared the CEL and codes and have it running 3-cyl high idle warming up so I can take it on a quick test drive and check to make sure the problem is gone.

Because I've already had a 2nd gen.. bored of my truck. Now its time to head back a gen, I love those body styles. And I can always put a ppump on a first gen.

on topic, today I tightened my thermostat housing. It was leaking and scared me into thinking my intake was torqued incorrectly.
