Yep, she's slower than all get out. I just wanted to let everybody know that was asking how much my mods had added that these things weren't made to haul ***.

Honestly, if I took it to a dyno and sent some runs to Hemifever to analyze I'm sure it would help to dial it in, but it ain't like it's gonna drop 3 seconds.

If I wanna go any faster it's time for heads and a cam. You can see by that vid the truck is falling on it's face in the upper RPM's. I'm all outta juice.

The intake is nice. I did think the low end dropped a bit on my original tune, but hemifever re-tuned it when I was having pinging issues and the low end came right back. One of these days, I might drop the tune back to stock just to see what it would have felt like with all the mods and no tune.

On the highway, it's not even a comparison to the old modded keg. This thing passes other vehicles with barely any throttle. Before, I felt like I had get into it to pass people. It's not even a close comparison, hands down the Edelbrock takes it.

The Edelbrock is what Marty recommended over the M1 for what I've done to the truck. Or maybe he was just trying to move it, hehe.

mine was too when I had the 18" magnaflow. When I first got it, I was like "Holy S***" that's awesome!." Then after about a year and a half, it was so loud on the highway that I couldn't take it anymore. The 24" is still a bit loud, but I think the majority of the volume is highway road noise.

I just scored some Dynamat Extreme door sheets for 30% off with Circuit City liquidating. I'm going to install today and see how she sounds.

its hard for me to launch like that. if i straight up floor mine it will just break the tires loose and burn 'em. i can see some type of traction mods in my future.
