OMG SWEET!!! First car I ever owned, can't tell from the front so it's either a 69 or 70 based on the taillights. Mine was 1969 SE, 383 Magnum, loaded, leather, power everything. Bought it for $300 in 1979. It was a one owner "barn find", rusted all to h3ll, but had the original window sticker, invoice and all. Dagnabit I wish I still had that car.

5.9 Donor vehicle
Well got a call today at lunch saying a tree had fell on the wifes Durango. Needless to say a 2001 Durango with a 5.9 is worth very little these days so no need in trying to fix it. Shes going to get her new minivan and I'm going to get me a 5.9 for my truck. That is the best thing to happen to that Durango. Never did nothing but tear up. I don't want to hear any sorry bout that mans or too bads. This is a very happy day for me and my truck I just have to act mad around the wife you know.
Last thing we need is another one. I'm moving it to the official OT thread.

Well from my understanding the Durango has a 46re and my ram has the 46rh. I plan to swap all of my stuff over from the 5.2 to the 5.9 long block after a bottom end rebuild. I am going to put new heads on the 5.9 short block. I got everything figured out only question is will the flexplate from the Durango fit the 46rh in my ram?
