ppppssssssshhhhhhh try negative 10 with a wind chill of -40 or colder. heck, while im at it... climb up mt washington, and hang out there for a while. they often get winds of over 100 mph, and will get to -70 or colder during the winter!

Where do you draw the line for southerners? I'm in middle TN and it's a less than balmy 33 right now with rain and snow and gusts around 45. I need to go back to Oregon where it's warmer and calm.
