stewie01, I had a replacement windshield installed on my farm last September for $195 on the 97 3/4 ton by safelite, and that was no special. I guess it's the economics of living in a major hub as you do. K.

I started building an AR-15 over the weekend

going zombie themed on it

Bought my stripped lower on Saturday along with a lower parts kit (without trigger).

Here's the new lower:




I decided to do some color filling as well.

Here is some of the progress of it:








Still needs a little more clean up and maybe a few more touch ups. I touched up the rainier arms logo on the front which is drying right now, but I think it is coming along nicely, especially for my first attempt at color filling anything.

I'm using model enamel paint for the color fill.

Charging handle, charging handle latch, and maybe the mag catch will also be zombie themed

 

I too plan on building an AR15, but it won't be zombie themed.

 

So we know how fugly the new Chevy Reaper is, seems Jeep wants to get in on the fugly too:
