I'm all about leaving the clock alone... so short of real time, I can sure live with permanent DLS.

 

It was mentioned here in Ohio also. Didn't go to far though. It's been about a year since. I don't have any idea if it will be brought up again or not.

 

I sold my dakota for $2100 on friday, then picked up this '90 W250 Cummins on saturday for $1500. Truck is worth easily $4500. It's an auto which sucks, but for the price I couldn't pass it up. Non-intercooled 12v Cummins, 727, 3.07's, all completely stock. It's a good solid truck, but SLOW haha. Looking forward to driving it every day for a long time.









Then I replaced the fried single battery with dual 800CCA batteries and made the bracket setup.

Nice snag Wombat Ranger. I'm a first gen fan, just never owned a diesel (inter-cooled or not) in one. It must be the locale for the finds! K.

 

It reminds me of my Dad's old '84 minus the grille. It was the 318 though. He bought it for $400 because the P/O got drunk and drove it into a concrete wall. The front looked fine except right above the left headlight. It was 2WD with 32" Buckshot Mudders. My Dad put an AC window unit in the back window since it didn't have air. The interior looked the same, even that knit seat cover. I got my first concussion in that truck as well, I was 6ish when my Dad pulled the invisible dog trick and me without a seatbelt slammed my head on the dash. It was a pain to start I remember with the manual choke. He eventually sold it to a neighbor for $800 and its still on the road.
