Well I googled that shiat and it looks like the guy went to a Bass Pro or Cableas or something to buy a bow. The salesman gave him an arrow that was to short for the bow and BAM arrow through hand.. Ive also heard of things like this happening to guys using Carbon arrows.. They tend to explode sometimes.

 

old school carbon arrows used to be really bad at that. you had to be really acurate with them beacuse if you missed and hit a tree you would need to buy a new arrow since that one would be in a million pieces. newer carbon arrows are way stronger

my dad had a wooden one explode and send huge slivers in his face....I said it was a bloody mess pulling them all out...apparently the arrow froze to the bow.
