today i got done replacing the whole rear axle assembly in a 03 Dakota. Ive never done it before, and it was me and 1 other guy in a garage with 3 feet on each side of you...very small garage, but between yesterday and today we got it all swapped out

he had a 8.25 ring gear/3.55 gears
we put in a 9.25 ring gear/3.92 gears

im EXHAUSTED, and we think the battery is dead so we havent driven it yet....but the rear's all changed out, with new brake lines, calipers, pads, e-brake cable, speed sensor and we painted his rear diff cover yellow(truck is black, he likes the Steelers)


sorry i had to post this cuz im really proud of myself for doing this, when ive never done it before, and the only problem we had were the driveshaft bolts, but with map gas, they came out no problem...i want to see it moving though....hopefully its just the battery thats dead (left lights on overnight but jumping it with my ram wouldnt get it started)
