so last week when i did orientation for our puppy they told us to buy a high end dog food. upon seeing the prices i was like WTF?!?! anyone ever heard of eukanuba brand dog food? is it any good? my moms boyfriend recommended it, so i bought it, because its supposed to be a "middle of the road" brand.
if not, what is a good "high end" dog food you guys use? i found that puppy chow, pedigree, and ol'roy are all VERY low end food.
we will need the puppy version of whatever brand because shes only 12 weeks old.
we are getting her tuesday morning!!

I've always just gotten Old Roy or Pedigree. My dogs didn't complain and were healthy.
And for what's it's worth, we had gotten a Pit Bull puppy that was on the verge of death, he was the runt and was already small because of it, but this pup could barley walk and eat, wouldn't eat dog food actually.
Well for some reason I decided to try Indoor Formula Cat Food. Now one of my brother's in law was like "your gonna kill that dog feeding it cat food". Nope. A few weeks of high protein cat food (around 30% I think) and he was good as new.
