Lets see, Cows, Bulls, Sheep, Llama, chickens, guinea, ducks, dogs, and my most hated creature so far: cats... In the past we have also had: Alpacas, more then one llama, goats, and 12 or 13 guineas (can't remember how many for sure). Think that's all.... One thing this farm lacks: Horses! Used to be I had to do all traversing of the farm on foot. I got to walk 2 miles every day on a average day, up to 5 in a work-filled day.
I'm just getting in to shape for running again. I'm definatly out of shape. Only annoyance is that my ankle keeps acting up on me. I'm afraid of spraining it again... Or worse breaking it. Guess I might just have to get over my fear. Any tips?

my back has been doing great for over a year now without major issues.. One of my new years resolutions was to get back into the gym.. Went to the gym for a few days and felt great... Then I pressed my luck walking on this damned machine that I cant even remember the name of.. I felt my back not agreeing with it but I went on anyway.. The next day I couldnt get out of bed.. Still in pain 2 weeks later...
My advice is just dont push yourself.. your body will tell you when your doing something wrong.. Your ankle starts to hurt when your running dont push it.. Cause yourself more issues if you press on..

I returned the dumb loaner phone today and just re-activated my stupid(smart)phone, as it seems to be working lately and it at least works better than the "feature-packed" loaner phone....
