Not sure who makes the hood. It is steel and I've seen them in the LMC catalog that look very similar.
Technically it was paint sprayed on, but .... not out of a rattle can. I paint cars for a livin in a collision shop

Looks great, I got same hood and love it (need to update sig pic)... and I dont know the brand either but it is heavy!
