I don't even think that it is a parts truck anymore.
If you notice the top of the bed is coming towards the cab, indicating (to me) previous frame damage; meaning ****ty parts.

And I would feel sorry for any truck that had to go through that, Dodge, Ford, Chevy, Toyota, anything.

And yes, I would love to kill the guy that did that too.....
