Hell i thought i texted ya! Sorry bud lol i was kinda in and out of it still. (still kinda am) Have literally no balence hard to consintrate and forget things lol. My mom had to have her gall bladder removed a couple years ago, you'll be sore the first couple weeks, then over the next couple you'll go right back to your old routine...

Just go easy on fats until your body adjusts to not having a gall bladder. You won't be able to run to the little room fast enough!!!
