what do u guys think of this dual exhaust kit?

Looks like garbage IMO. YES I have made the mistake of purchasing a cheap exhaust kit off ebay for one of my old trucks...will never do that again. So what is this 'performance race muffler' sounds like a crap muffler to me. He won't tell you the name brand cuz it is some chinese made junk. You are much better off purchasing and installing your new exhaust at a professional shop. Mufflers are important, don't cheap out! And def don't make the same mistake I did!

If your going to install it yourself, just make sure whatever exhaust kit you do buy that the pipes are made/pre-bent for your truck, and you what muffler and tips you are getting. I recommend Flowmaster mufflers, although their are some other really good mufflers out there that other DF members will vouch for!

Okay, true. He does carry a few different mufflers in the setups. For the price you pay to get a good setup from them, you could have it done in a pro exhaust shop for the same cost. Plus the benefit of having a guaranteed exhaust. so if you do bring them this internet kit and it doesn't come out right as far as perfect dual exits, they just gonna say too bad, thats how the pipes come. Whereas if you just let the pro's handle everything, it should come out picture perfect, and if it don't you can break their ***** till they make it right cuz, they should be doing custom pipe bends in their shop to make a perfect fit. Trust me, these internet exhaust kits are a rip-off, i bought one. They are never perfect for the application that they say, their is always something off or needs to be tweaked. Not worth it, just pay the few xtra bucks and have it done right. Nuff said
