I just put new engine in and no spark, I was told my flex plate is not matched to engine so crank sensor doesn't send signal to spark. I marked flex plate and torque converter on old engine . If i loosen flex plate and turn it forward one bolt hole will this help?

 

Did you remove the CPS during the swap and reinstall it after the new motor was put in?

 

yes replaced after install
