We got the plow boys!!!
Thank you thank you. Guy said my suspension was so hard I could have stepped up to a 1ton 8ft blade and held it with out an issue. But the weight is almost 800lbs so I had to say no but It would be nice to have a 31" plow weight. Dude was a nice guy he said for another 1k he would do it and not charge me install costs agin.
i have an 8' fisher hd blade on my 2001 1500. stock springs held it wicked nice. but i wanted a bit of a lift so i installed the v10/diesel springs. truck barely drops when the blade is lifted now. good luck with your plow. hope you enjoy it!
This will be the last of the toys/mods for me. It's time to pay some **** off. This was a big year for the truck gears than plow yep I'm done buying stuff for a good while. Bills are looking scary!

Just an added tid bit...
The suspension can be beefed up all day long to hold two 9' v-blades if you want... but the suspension is not where the issue is, its the front axle.
And you can pretty much quote me on this, but plan on changing ball joints and wheel bearings on a by-seasonal basis with a half ton Dodge... been there done that.
NICE PLOW MAX!
