front bracket to mount??
had to remove these in order to mount my bullbar, judging by the holes cut out of my valence they were for tow hooks or my guess is a plow. seems like they would be great to add tow hooks onto. i wanted to keep them but since i cant i might consider selling them

yep. tow hook brackets.
i suspect they will fit a 2wd. you'll need the hooks too.
