Well i guess i could answer my own question lol. HELL NO!! i love a v8. i would like to get a truck like dakotas ram. little pre 96 ram to avoid emissions, drop a 360 in it with a nv4500 and 4.56 rear end. that thing for a regular every day street truck would haul *** and be fun to drive

Yeah but my fleet of 2nd gens is still missing a nice 97 12 Valve Cummins....

Hey don't get me wrong, I LOVE my 360 magnums...they are the best gas v8 engines you could get during that era. But a Cummins Turbo diesel? Come on man, they don't break, 20+MPG Loud and fast for very little cha ching. If it works out me for, I will keep Black Betty FOREVER, get a 07 5.9 Cummins in a year or two, then slowly restore Betty to brand new, frame, body, redo the engine/trans/rear end, everything new.

I couldn't afford to take such a loss and have the increased insurance, license and maint costs.
I'd love to have a cummins truck to tow my gasser, then I would turn the gasser back into an off road truck
