Climate Control/HotCold ****

1998 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9

The hot/cold **** turns but then snaps back. Sometimes it will stay but doesn't push out heat. If you mess with it, it will snap back to the cold side.

Sounds like the plastic is broke pull **** off and inspect and see if its cracked on inside
