Since I bought it in April:

Battery
TPS
Tires
Vacuum check valve
Air filter (upgrade to FIPK)
Headlight lamps (after restoring lenses, of course)
Transmission (which led to t-case vacuum lines and TV cable)
Transfer case fluid (added a Transfer Case Saver)
Coil, distributor cap, rotor, coil/spark plug wires, spark plugs
Oil, filter

I might have forgotten a few things. Something that's not a replacement but has already paid for itself many times over is the anti-theft tailgate lock which has already prevented one attempted tailgate theft.

You can look at my profile for the fun stuff. The rest is the usual maintenance like brakes, rotors, seals, etc.

Owned since June:
3 Master Cylinders ()
All new brakes on the rear
Oil change..

At the moment she needs a tune up and a hi-flow filter...
Theres more stuff that needs fixing/looking at on it, but at the moment I can't justify any of it.
