Replacing my old stat w/ 180*

hi, Wondering where the stat is located? I used the search but could find anything that tells where it is located.

If it's in the same place it was in my old '98 5.9 (and I can't see why it shouldn't be) it's where the upper radiator hose meets the engine...

at the bottom of the black tube were the upper rad hose goes in

if you take your alt you will see it better
