I see it in IE8.
It's for an advertising website called http://gumgum.com
Internet Brands is one of their partners, that's why we're seeing the ads.

 

interesting. i can't see it on ether IE or chrome but chrome seem to be blocking that link you posted unlike IE which allows me to click on the link. i am also using IE8.

 

I changed the link to go straight to their homepage.

Yup, its not Photobucket. Its Internet Brands (Dodge Forum) advertising. Only thing we can do to block it is an adblocker in FF or Chrome.

 

I blocked it with add block plus, now everyone's sig pic has a black X on the right bottom.

 

i've also blocked massive amounts of the df page with adblock.
all the ads, extra buttons, spyware trackers, facebook links, signature pics, etc.
my pages load..... FAST !!!
