Aren't you on 38's with 3.55's? You're still getting 14 hwy? That's actually fair. With my 4.88's and 35's I'm getting 16 hwy and about 14.3 ish around town.

yeah, my RPMS are 2k ish at 65. Thats with OD off. I never turn OD on. Im looking forward to better milage and pickup. It so sad to see 47 mph on the speedo before it shifts out of first when i have the hammer down. It should be at like 33 mph tops when it shifts.

Do you wheel with it? I'm looking into 37's and was curious how yours was holding up. Mine stays on pavement more than I like but I'm easy on it when I do wheel.

I wheel but its most always mud and big hills, theres no rocks within reasonable driving distance that wouldn't be a day trip. I'd say about once every 2 or three weeks it sees 4 wheel drive.

I would think you would do better than that seeing as you have the bed cap. I have tonneau bed cover and it came off when I was driving one day (story below) and I had it off for a month and lost one or two mpgs.

I was on a two lane highway and the passenger side mount at the cab busted at 45 mph. Saw the whole thing in the rearview. Guy behind me was far enough away to easily move. Turned around and found it in a ditch. I'm always weary about it now. My heart was beating so damn fast, thought I was gonna have a heart attack...
