So I came into a little bit of $$$ and bought two trucks lol. The first is a 1989 Suburban, 35's on 6inches of lift and a 350. that I bought from my grant uncle cuz he was going to send it to the junk yard because he was hurting for cash. Then I went halves on a 1983 Power Ram 150 with my dad. It's purty sweet for a old truck, 4speed, 318, and we just leveled it yesterday. The no rust at all on both trucks witch is why we got them. The dodge is done for now as it's just a daily driver but the burban is going to get a 454, another 4-6 inches of lift and a 14 bolt in the back and a dana 60 up front with the body work re-done and hopefully some 44's. He was just going to send that burb to the scrap yard? Wow, I'm glad you saved it. The Box Body Suburbans are by far, my favorite body style. Both rigs look great.

 

Thanks, the dumb *** was going to scrap it for $300 and I just couldn't let that happen. I remember going fishing and hunting in it all the time when I was a kid and I would have been crushed to see that happen. The dodge is in great shape other than the bald tires, but the burban needs work. but in due time she will be restored.
