Default considering another 2nd gen

i been looking for something bigger to haul people. and came across a 2wd something ive been considering a powerful DD. maybe swap the parts form my motor and just do gears in the rear . i dunno looks like i could even fix it up some and maybe sell it for more $$. i like that its a 96 and still tunable for a sct tuner http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/cto/2575048774.html

goods is new trans i could prob knock off 800 being that it needs new tires, and if the plenum and depending what rust i could ask for less and being a 96 and 2wd its not worth much

Looks good. So what are the plans for your silver truck?

I dunno . It needs new lifters . It's ticking real bad on acceleration . I wanna do gears but its a lot of money that needs invested . I'm thinking of fixing the lifters and maybe install clearer headache since I gotta take off the intake manifold to get to them. Thing is even doing that I'm not getting the whole effect of power because I would still have 3.55 gears . Just seems like a 2wd would be a better street truck for fun
