Comparing souping up an R32 to a classic machine like the Volvo is comparing apples to bowling *****. Regardless if he has the money to spend I find it to be one of those mods that aren't impressive. It's like the so-called gearheads at any car show who insist on shoving that piece of shiat Chevy 350 under the hood of anything that has 4 wheels. There are many classic engines out there, including what the aforementioned POS replaced, that are superior & will do nicely.

But, it's his car to do as he sees fit.

 

I understand what you're saying, and in no way was I trying to compare the volvo to the vw I was just bringing up the vw becasue someone said it was probably too much for the the dodge.

And just speaking of sticking a chevy 350 in everything. Yesterday I was on craigslist (been looking for a cummins) and I saw a 94 i think chevy 1500 regular cab stepside with a cummins in it.
