Default Bosch wideband o2 Sensors...

Does anyone have any experience with them?

I just replaced a wideband (five wire) I dropped and broke.. It seemed to work fine.. this is a duplicate part, but it doesn't seem to want to work correctly.. It only locks in on a lam once every few minutes, other than that it just blinks on the display..

is this just typical of Bosch products? Does it have to 'break in'?

Just looking for input from someone else running one..

Dunno about the 2nd Gens but the Bosch doesn't work at all with the 3rd Gens. I wanna say it's a voltage issue if I remember correctly...

What brand wideband? Last I checked Bosch doesn't make wideband controllers, just sensors that various wideband controllers use.

the gauge is a glowshift; it was packaged as a bundle with (what I think) is a techedge controller, and sensor (which is definitely a Bosch LSU 4.9 5 wire wideband)..

I just got back from a pretty hard drive.. it seems it may just need to burn in a little more.. it was getting a reading more and more nearing the end of the ride, and flipping out less and less..
