Ideas for my truck.

I want to do something to my truck soon but I don't know what to do yet. Anyone have any ideas for me? All I have done is a CAI, 3 in. Lift, 33x12.50x15R Everything else is stock. Any ideas?

You can always do the poor man's TB or the kegger mod.
