I lived in North Carolina, Angier & Apex, for many years, and can only remember 1 snowing. And it was a good one with ice to boot.

There was still snow on the ground, just not any on the roads....

I'm out hunting and saw them puttin salt down.. its been raining since last night and is about 28 degrees..

We got our first snow last night, biggest/wettest snowflakes I have ever seen total white out. Once the semi in front of me stopped/got stuck going up the mountain hwy we were all stuck. We all had to chain up. First time ever to chain up on the hwy, 10mph max.
