The 15% is perfect for me. Not too dark to see at night, not too dark to attract cops, but still dark enough to look good and provide adequate protection from other people and the sun.
I'm not sure what that makes the back, but I don't mind it. Still light enough to see out of my rearview, but I like the darker look in the back, and and added effect for the policia.
I'm not sure what the laws are in your area, but I'd check those first, I believe tintlaws.com is one of the websites to check.
Yea here's the one for WI http://tintlaws.com/laws/WI/. It says 50% for the front two so I'd be careful... I don't know how strict the enforcement is up there.
