can i paint my alloy ss/t rims?

i want them black i hate the chrome look and i love these rims dont want new ones just want black ones

Don't see why not. Scuff them up prime then paint.

Degrease, scuff them up with 400 grit(wet sand) and paint them with Duplicolor wheel paint.

I've don't two sets on my Cayenne and several other cars and crawlers. If you put some sort of "Tire shine" on the tire then you don't have to tape them up, the paint simply won't stick to the tire.

I prefer paint to powder coat because it is MUCH easier and cheaper to touch up if you scratch one wheeling, curb, etc.

Why would u paint those sst rims, did u fix the tranny yet ?
