Blown Rear End Picture's
No, it didn't happen to my truck!!! It happened to my brother in law on his Bronco, which I KNOW is a Ford, but I thought ya'll would get a kick out of the pictures.
He was going to work and noticed a bit of smoke coming from the rear, turned on the road his job is on and then he lost rear drive, put it in 4 high drove about 15ft then EVERYTHING locked up.
Here's the pictures, he got a whole used axle for $150 from the JY, fun part is, it had a locker in it, and it works!

Believe it or not, the ring gear wasn't damaged.... He got the whole axle but we just swapped the gears and called it a day, works great

There was fluid, it's just all over the bed of his ex-wifes truck... That crap stinks too, but I still think transmission fluid has it beat...
If I can remember right he said the pin that holds it all together broke, and everything else went after...
