Overkill? good idea?

Overkill? good idea?
So I was suppose to get a newer cummins but that ended up falling threw, and my business seemed to boom over a couple of weeks so I have to go elsewhere with the money and get another lawn mower. I know I'm ganna do the tranny cooler with inline filter,

I also know I have to upgrade my E-fan I only have a 2500 cfm fan, should I keep in and install it in front of the A/C and other coolers? I'm trying to keep my truck as cool as possible in the winter but not overkill it in the winter? I already did a full fluid flush on everything "Service Repair class" I just gatta get my ducks in a row and any help would do.
