In need of factory trailer hook up

My dog got a hold of my trailer hook up and I can't seem to find one online or at a JY. I need a 7pin trailer hook up for factory tow package anyone have one or know where I can get one I need it by Friday if possible.

I bought mine (for each truck) at Tractor Supply. About $20.
