you have to make it. you can get a 25ft roll of steel fuel line for about $20. couple hose clamps and a few rubber lines and you should be all set. you could cut the leaking line and reconnect it with some rubber line and hose clamps to get it moving. i think it should have 5/16" fuel.

Ok thats what I was wondering. I know its a line above the tank and I wasn't sure if I could just use a rubber line or not. Ill see how bad it is tomorrow and will go from there. Thanks for your help

if you have to you could take a jerry can with gas stick it in the fender and run a line from it to the fuel pump. if leak is above the tank i am not sure how easy it would be to get at without dropping the tank.

I was planning on just dropping the tank to get it fixed right and not have to worry about it. If it had to be driven home I would just rig something up but I am having it towed to my house

ok. i though you wanted to drive it home lol. once you drop the tank everything else should be easy. the lines don't hold a lot of pressure like the fuel injected trucks so you don't have to be too picky about the fuel lines. the mechanical pump only usually pumps 7psi of pressure and even less if broken.

Well I got it home. Threw a jumper pack on it and gave it a few shots of ether and she fired right up. Drove it onto the trailer and brought it home. Have some issues I need to figure out before I start driving it. I will put up some pictures later on this evening.. this was an awesome fathers day gift hahaha

good to hear. if you have any questions just ask. these trucks are very simple. once you get it working good it is hard to stop them.

Well the first issue is the key. I put it in and got stuck halfway. Trying to get it out the key broke off inside the cylinder. Had to take a screw driver and shove it in to get it started. And besides the leaky gas line it makes a hard rough clunk when going into gear. Reverse is worse than drive though. Gonna put some new joints in and see how that helps
