Transfer case
On my 2002 ram 2500 (5.9 gas) is there a tag on the transfer case to tell the model think I have the std model but if I do is the HD better or keep the one I have Im looking to upgrade the torque so which one?
It will (should) say 241DHD or 241DLD on the circular tag on the back of the tcase. That will tell you what you got. Of course the HD model has some stouter parts inside, but I don't know the exact differences.
