Rustoleum has a texture similar to 220 grit or maybe 400 grit sandpaper.
Herculiner has a texture similar to 60 grit sandpaper or maybe even asphalt.
I can't compare the two for durability since I sprayed the Rustoleum on a wood lawnmower trailer and the Herculiner is on the metal bed of my truck. The Rustoleum looks and feels better.
If you go with Herculiner then you need to drop the extra $20 on the UV protectant stuff because if you don't then it won't take too long before the stuff starts to shrink and pull away from itself then it will resemble a dry lake bed.

Here are a couple shots, sorry the second one sucks.
Before, all taped, before sanding
After first coat. (I was a little worried after this....)
Finally done and dried overnight. I am extremely impressed, this stuff was way worth $120
Highly recommended for anyone doing their own liner, I'll keep updating as I continue to use it.

Ya they didn't have the aerosol anywhere in town.
This was the Duplicolor Bed Armor with Kevlar Bits. It took FOREVER to mix up, but once you got it mixed it stayed mixed pretty well. First coat is definitely pretty thin, but the second coat looked awesome.
