There is a little rust by the door, and needs the pre-cat o2 sensor replaced, its been dependable for me, but gas situation doesn't make sense for me anymore

you're still selling it too cheap.
raise the price to 3500 and let someone talk you down to 3000

I've never seen a truck go up in price like this! HA! Good luck, it's worth it. I bought my '98 2500 for $1350. And trust me, it's a pile compared to yours.

if your craigslist add doesn't look like this, make it do so.

For Sale by Owner
1996 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie 4x4 4wd short bed club cab
5.9L V8 gas
228,000 miles
dual exhaust
5th wheel hitch
Dana 60 axles front and rear
remote start and alarm

<< clear pictures from all 4 sides and all 4 corners >>
<< inside, bed, engine, etc >>
<< pic of any defect or rust >> no surprises...
put pictures on photobucket, and link to them from CL.
this allows a lot more pics, and larger size.
its the pics that sell - so the more the better

This is a meticulously maintained truck, including the following recent service:
all new front suspension and steering (drives and steers smoothly, rides great)
all new brakes
new battery
tune up.
Pioneer stereo with ipod connector.
<< can you mention Good Tires >>

This is a dependable, heavy duty, 3/4 ton, 4 wheel drive truck. Its got the Dana 60 axle front and rear. Its great for towing, hauling, or would be an excellent plow truck. Its never been used for plowing and is in excellent condition. This is my daily driver but my commute has significantly increased and I need a smaller car.

I agree with dh on all points, except if it has NOT been meticulously maintained, don't say it has been

It's a pretty solid ad, ima use it, just gonna make some modifications to the steering part cause the steering still seems a little loose but yeah I should pull out a camera rather than just phone camera, thank you for the ad!
