All of that time i would spend trying to figure out and set up photobucket would take away from me spending time on real,important sites like.....THIS ONE!!!!!.... Ill get there eventually.......but for now ill just ad todays pics to my gallery here.......and then ill come back with......TEST DRIVE RESULTS!!!!!!! (and the pics YOU asked for)

 

WOOHOOOOO!.....test drive is complete and.....MY BITCH IS BACK ON THE ROAD!!!!!!.......Trans couldnt be better and front end feels 500% better but,....still needs a gearbox......lol.....yes,you can replace everything from the pitman arm to the balljoints along with everything in between and add a stabilizer but,...it still wont fix a wore out gearbox!!!.....figured it was bad but everything else was so damn worn out I really couldnt be sure so .....still,a whole lot better than before and very tolorable....hell,I may even be able to let someone else drive it now without thinking im gonna have to recover it from a ditch(im used to driving wore out chit,I could drive it as it was)......once I recover from the last few weeks spending on this pig a new box will be soon to come......but,it really is night and day differance from what it was before.....just wants to wander a bit.....but,its back up and running...... add some pics to the linked album tonight if anyone wants to check them out

 

guess this should complete this tread......didnt get to put a bunch of good miles on her this week but,Dixieland mud bog ran today!.....50 miles from me and also running a consistancy race on their 300ft sand drag track before hand...... YEP!,test drive complete......cruise control works great,overhead logged 18mpg......speedo off a bit so got a little better actually.....verified speed diff with gps of course........ sand drag,....no 4wd,CAD lockout trick wasnt executed properly i guess(havent bothered to look into it yet)front shaft was locked,both shafts locked ....... ran 2wd......practice pass set on kill....quadzilla on 10,windows down,left foot hard on brake,spooled up,launch,roll on to see what she WOULD run(2wd.....not impressive......waste of effort)............2 timed passes went on as planned.......quad back to stock-0,windows up with ac set to blast,right foot from brake to go pedal to the floor the same way twice in a row.......(still 2wd).......that went pretty well......my 2 timed passes were seperated by 17/1000ths of a sec........good for 2nd place?.....yep,believe it or not,1st place was 3/1000ths.....he ran a 6.661 and a 6.664............still drove home smilin!..truck feels great,and would drive it to fla tomorrow if the need popped up.....some new pics in the album linked earlier in this thread......and I did put those damn flares on yesterday also,......still not sure if theyre gonna stay on!
