RIP Truck
I was sweating bullets trying to figure out where the evacuation zone was for the Cleveland County fire. It turns out that Lake Thunderbird (aka Lake Dirtybird) was a pretty decent buffer zone for me to the south. Here are pics I took Friday evening. The flames heat the air to the point that the fires for what's called a Pyro-Cumulus cloud.

Yep. The smoke did a number of crossing the lake and settling in my yard and the evening temps kicked in both Friday and Saturday nights. Highway 9 was the northern boundary and 120th Avenue was the eastern boundary of the evacuation zone. I'm across Dirtybird to the north.
