Default Rear cup holder removal?

I did search but only found threads on the cup holders in the dash.

Does anyone know how to remove the rear cup holders that are under the back of the front seat? Mine need a thorough cleaning and I want to remove them to do it. I know they're attached to a metal bracket bolted to the bottom of the seat, but do they slide out of that bracket?

Figured it out. Wasn't pressing the tab hard enough. It slides right out for cleaning.
