Default Finally got all my trucks issues sorted out

So I never could fix my rough idle and overall bad runningness, so I took it to the shop. The guys had the truck for just one day and not only fixed the worst of problems, but also a gauges problem that even the dealer couldn't fix. Apparently there were some wires chewed through by mice and they replaced the front o2 sensor. Its running better than ever now and I definitely feel more power from the plenum fix.

He said they were running over the top of the transmission, not a place I'm frequently looking at

I feel your pain here.I have a 98 ram sport 4x4.I don't usually drive my truck much in the summer and it just seems to fall down all around itself.I had lots of issues with mine that i have been working through. This is a great site and has helped tremendously!
Last year i had to replace some front end parts,U joints and ball joints i think,$1800!Man there is a lot of rust on the underside of this truck!Bout had a knock down drag out with the service shop, they had to pull the axles to repair these parts and they didn't change the tranny seal when they put the axles back in.Told them if they started leaking,i was coming back.
So far this year i have replaced the sensor on tranny, rear diff sensor, also found rodents had chewed the wires.Pretty relieved about that actually,i thought the tranny was shot.So happy when it started shifting right after replacing the sensors.replaced tranny pan gasket, the nerf bars rusted off and the radio went out and the front drivers side brake line blew out,had to replace both of those.
Still trying to figure out what to do about the driver window that fell down, all the cam rollers are shot,i guess i will have to replace the whole regulator. All the vacuum lines to my cad are rusted and hoses dry rotted. Most likely going with 4x4 posi lock.
Hopefully i can get the rest done before the snow starts falling.Seems like a lot of problems for a truck that only has 86k miles on it.

I'm surprised I've only now started having a lot of problems, the past 174k have been basically just routine maintenance. I also need new ball joints but I'm gonna try those myself. Then I'll be ready for more mods
