Default 4 10 gears are in!!!

I finaly got both axles in. By far this is the biggest power difference i have noticed so far. Im running the 33s and at 60mph in 5th gear im at 2000rpm but theres more hillclimbing power right there!! Plus beeing out of an offroad package i got real limited slip. Trust me that truck has never been sideways spiining tires on pavement untill last night. I have more power in every gear and buy far i realized gears are the best bang for your buck with these trucks!!

You shouldn't be so ecstatic. People around here might find the bandwagon.

Hahah jk Good to hear you've got a good experience with the setup. Hopefully mine will please someone next spring for the right price (fingers crossed).

Just so you know, the clips on the LSD will be the first things to let go. You'll know when you hear a clicking from back there.

ha i hear ya on that one man and thanks for the info i will keep that in mind. The rear end has 100,000 on it but i have heard that lsd can go any time.. Its still very tight and no noises yet. You should be looking for 456s tho

Trust me bud the 4.10 happiness will wear off soon... I was excited and happy for the first couple of weeks.. Then I wanted 4.56's and I still do... Yes the clips in the LSD are known to go but I never had an issue with mine when I had my offroad... And I did things with that truck that no other sane person would

4.56s pale in comparison to the 5.13s I have setup in the 1 ton swap......

For my cam and intake swaps currently...the 4.10s do me just dandy. Had I stuck with stock 360 stuff possibly an issue. No 4.56 bandwagon for me though.

dlyter is just quick enough to poo poo. lol

heh i would trade my 4.10s any day for 3.54's... 2000rpm may be good for you gassers, but thats 1/2 my rpm band right there...1200rpm more to redline. a couple hundred rpm for me is like 1000rpm for you. gimme some 3.54s baby i want my 6th gear to drop from 2000rpm at 68 to like 1500rpm at 68
