I am the one who started this thread and I cant believe it is still going. Anyway got rid of the green Ram I had and bought another '01 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 4x4 and I took off the tow mirrors and put them on my new one. I even flipped them up just to get some of these guys going again. I bought these aftermarket from Ebay and they dont shake at all. I did get the mounting support plate. I think that is what makes the difference. So here is some pics of the new Ram. Like this one a lot better. Think I am going to do a small lift on it. Tell me what you think!

Tan leather

I got support plates, but 01 and 02 don't need em, they came factory option with flip-out tow mirrors

I have had 2 sets on 2 trucks both with plates and they both shook, not terrible but puts a little blur in what your looking at

I love my leather. My '00 Durango has leather too. Much nicer to keep clean.

I have always been a Toyota guy but can't afford a new Tundra to pull my trailer with. That black Toyota is my son's. He bought it when he was 15 and we rebuilt the truck and he fixed it up the way he wanted it to be for his first truck. It is a '93 Toyota 4x4. He has been driving the heck out of that truck and loves it. He off roads it and everything. He is going to be 17 this May. He bought the truck for $1400 and put about a $1000 into it and came out with a nice little truck. Check out the pics. I put some before and after pics in here.
