Sleeping is the best way to keep fluids IN. I learned this the hard way. Only in my case, I was waking every 3 hours to either puke or...well...puke.

Man, i had a horrible stomach bug last week that had me puking everything I ate plus the never ending chocolate water fall... body aches, high fever, etc...
Took tons of meds and finally broke it 3 days later.

My brother in law has had the flu for over a week now, and is still home trying to kick it finally. Right now my 3 year old nephew has the flu and my 1 year old niece has a nasty cold.

I can't wait for all this to go to normal!!

Me too... Hearing of ALL sorts of people I love and know who are getting this... My sister who has asthma got it too, we are hoping it doesn't turn into pneumonia otherwise it lands her in the hospital. She seems to be doing better now.

By the way, just watch yourself. Pneumonia is a official complication of this bug.

Well if you drink enough and get your body temp up, you might help burn out some of the germs/crud! And it's some very smooth Rum I might add
