Could be many things. Is the check engine light on? Auto or manual? How many miles?

Default Stalling

When you say "Stalling while driving" do you mean it goes completely dead while you are in motion or stalling at a slowdown or stop??? More info. needed, your mechanic must not be diagnosing problems well if he is throwing parts at it and its not working to solve the problem.

TPS does not step. IAC is a stepping motor, the TPS is a potentiometer. Ceck with ohmeter to see if resistance change is smooth with no interuprions throughout range.

Check fuel pump as mentioned above.

Got manual? (FAQ/DIY section - Service Manual Download)
